Chaparelle celebrated the release of their debut album Western Pleasure with an unforgettable hometown show at Austin’s Historic Scoot Inn. Originally rescheduled due to rain, the new date perfectly coincided with the album’s official drop, making the night feel all the more serendipitous. The duo consisting of indie-pop artist Zella Day and indie-folk musician Jesse Woods, brought their undeniable chemistry to the stage, blending country and pop influences into a sound that felt both nostalgic and new. With tambourine in hand and the twang of lap steel guitar, each track shimmered with warmth and authenticity.
As the crowd swayed under the night sky, Western Pleasure promised to be the start of something special.
