To celebrate the release of their newest EP, Outta Their Minds, San Diego based garage/ surf rock band Sun Room brought their fall tour to Chicago’s iconic Thalia Hall this past weekend. Sunroom’s 60’s inspired surf rock sound combined with their raspy vocals account for their unique sound, redefining the boundaries of indie rock. Not only did they bring the California sun to Chicago, but also an energetic performance that had the entirety of the crowd singing and dancing along within minutes of their arrival on stage.
