KINGSTON, RI | MARCH 24, 2023 | BY ANTHONY LAM

The Kid LAROI’s College Tour landed in Kingston, Rhode Island on March 24th. At the Ryan Center, students from URI shouted and cheered even before the show began, expressing their excitement for the 19-year-old’s set. And, when the stadium lights dimmed and the stage lit up, the crowd literally went wild.

The Kid LAROI’s set began with him behind a curtain of fabric, which blocked the entire stage for the entire duration of I Can’t Go Back To The Way It Was (Intro), an excellent opening song if I had to say so myself. It did its job perfectly, building suspense and anticipation in the crowd. From there, the curtain dropped and Diva blared from the speakers, generating the energy everyone was looking for – The Kid LAROI was all over the stage, jumping and screaming in a frenzy.

His production was brilliant and definitely something to be remembered. Behind the curtain that dropped was a prison ground, complete with barbed wire fencing and giant statues of dogs. It was quite literally a moment to remember.

If he’s ever in your area, definitely go check out The Kid LAROI, he’s a once-in-a-generation talent.
