GALLERY: The Record Company

NASHVILLE, TN | JANUARY 24, 2023 | BY JILLIAN JOHNSON

While on their Roll With It tour for their fourth studio album, The Record Company, made a stop at The Basement East and showed Nashville that old time rock and roll is far from dead. Originally from Los Angeles, this band displayed their strong blues influence and solid rock foundation to the packed and eager crowd. It was very obvious that this group had been inspired by the legendary words of musicians like Muddy Waters or Jimmy Reed with their amazing ability to get lost in a jam together cued by only a single look. Playing their hit songs like “Rita Mae Young,” and, “Life to Fix,” the trio got the entire crowd dancing, singing, and stomping their feet to the beat the entire night.
