If there’s one word to describe Samia’s Honey tour, it’d be “damn.” The set? Brilliant. The energy? All there. She definitely understood the assignment.
We witnessed pure genius at Samia’s Boston show. From the mantras spoken by a speaker during Sea Lions to her thrilling dance moves, it was a show that genuinely shocked us to the core. Her vocals were angelic as if heaven was gracing us itself. Her 20-song setlist was brilliant – with Big Wheel, Pink Balloon, and Pool being some of the crowd-favorites. As she began her set, a look of awe donned her face as she looked at the Boston crowd – a triple-decker venue packed with people is a sight to behold, of course. She reciprocated the crowd’s energy that night, memorializing a performance of a lifetime on House of Blues grounds, we’re happy we got to attend. She even gave us a treat at the end – a painting made mid-show, specific for Boston!
Even her outfit was on point – fishnets and a flowy white skirt coupled with platform boots. She’s one of those performers that compels an audience’s attention, and she did so with her fantastic choreography and carefree yet energetic dance moves.
Samia is one of those bucket-list shows. If you aren’t in attendance, you’re definitely missing out. Believe it, she’s definitely worth seeing live.
