Pop artist, Chappell Roan, celebrated one year of her single ‘Naked in Manhattan’ with a sold out show in Dallas, Texas this past weekend! Chappell put on an energetic performance and fans danced the night away decked out in their sparkly Disco outfits. The show consisted of a mix of up-beat tunes and softer ballads showcasing Chappell’s range as an artist. Chappell is not only an incredible artist and performer, but an important advocate for the LGBTQ+ community as local Drag performers opened the show and a portion of ticket sales went towards organizations who help support Black, Transgender Women. Chappell creates a safe space with her music and shows which allow people to be unapologetically themselves. The room was filled with the sounds of fans singing along to Chappell’s hit songs, chanting “Pink Pony Club” for the encore, and an overall happy and free energy.
