GALLERY: Paris Paloma at Nashville’s Brooklyn Bowl

NASHVILLE, TN | BROOKLYN BOWL | MARCH 5, 2025 | BY JILLIAN JOHNSON

When an artist attempts the journey of sending their music out to the masses, the creation of an aesthetic and visual atmosphere is critical. After a quick dive of Paris Paloma’s social media it’s obvious that this has successfully been done. A call to action was posted by the English singer songwriter with instructions for what to wear, what to bring, what to do, and even the organization of a book and “fairy note” swap. After opener Sarah Julia, Paris Paloma took the stage of Nashville's popular Brooklyn Bowl last Wednesday to a sold out crowd.

With a sound and look reminiscent of artists like Florence and The Machine and Stevie Nicks, Paris Paloma practically floated around the stage. The entire audience was dressed in matching clothing, the popular choice being flowing skirts, billowy tops and lots of flowers, they obviously followed the dress code. After gaining popularity with their song “Labour” on the app TikTok with its rebellious feminist lyrics, Paris Paloma has grown to incredible numbers. Not even a year ago, Paris played the Basement East of Nashville with capacity of 575 the other night Paris Paloma sold out a venue with an over 1,200 person capacity.

Paris’s folk-pop music was full of explosive melodies, gorgeous instrumentals and powerful messages. Driving home messages of equality, freedom, feminism and collaboration to make the world a better place. Paris Paloma created an environment with a peaceful yet powerful atmosphere that gay shower evidence of brighter and stronger days ahead.

Paris Paloma is currently on the North American leg of their world tour and will be visiting essentially every major US city. So grab your best, “fairy attire,” and make sure you don’t miss this show, because it’s truly not one to forget.
