Mt. Joy delivered an unforgettable performance following two rain delays and a lightning storm in Nashville, Tennessee at Ascend Amphitheater. Despite being soaking wet, their dedicated fans piled back into the venue to experience an evening with Mt, Joy. Though their set was cut short, they made sure to play everyone’s favorite song. They even brought out a special guest Lindsey Sterling for a beautiful violin intro before playing “Dirty Love”. The night was magical and full of people of all ages coming together to experience the unity and friendship that the band often sings about in their songs. They ended their set with “Silver Lining” A song that explores themes of hope and resilience in the face of adversity. The song reflects on the struggles and uncertainties of life while emphasizing the importance of finding positivity and light, even in difficult situations.Their challenge to the fans was to always find the silver lining in tough situations, because they are there if you look closely.
