Turnover’s performance in Boston was surreal. The band consists of four members: Austic Getz (vocals, keyboard), Casey Getz (drums), Danny Dempsey (bass), Nick Rayfield (guitar). Kickstarting their tour in Boston, they performed completely in sync with one another. It’s obvious from their performance that the four have perfect chemistry– this is a band that has the potential to bring dream pop to the mainstream.
With their recent album release the day prior, the crowd had expectations. And, Turnover delivered. With hits like “Humming” and “Dizzy on the Comedown” being the main players in their setlist, their performance even led to fans crowd surfing in the pit! Visual backgrounds and fog complimented their setlist perfectly.
Although Boston had a more intimate show, Turnover still exceeded the crowd’s expectations.
