Underoath visited Toronto’s History on July 23rd on a co-headlining tour with The Ghost Inside and performed amongst a stunning set of visuals, adding to the mood of the evening. The setlist featured a good mix of tracks from throughout their discography, including three songs from their arguably most well-known record, “They’re Only Chasing Safety”.
Throughout the entire set, many crowd surfers made their way up to the barricades to have their chance at getting in a line or two, with frontman Spencer Chamberlain waiting with open arms to share the microphone. Each member brought their all to the performance, especially drummer and second vocalist Aaron Gillespie, sounding completely effortless. The band also made sure to test drive their newest track “Lifeline (Drowning)”, of which many fans already knew all the lyrics to and happily shouted along.
There is still time to catch the band, who are now halfway through this stacked tour, making stops in Florida, Texas, and California in the next couple of weeks!
