NEW MUSIC: THE DRIVER ERA Announces Third Studio Album — Summer Mixtape

Alt-pop band, THE DRIVER ERA, recently announced the release date for their third studio album Summer Mixtape — set for September 16th. The band released the lead single, “Malibu”, which has quickly turned into a summer hit for most, being featured on a plethora of playlists curated by fans and streaming platforms. They celebrated with a music video that has ranked up 350k views in its first week since its early August release. The video by Tate Warner perfectly demonstrates the setting in which this song is meant to be heard or imagined in. With dreamy light and direction of brothers Ross and Rocky Lynch, it’s an attention grabber that pairs with the catchy quality of “Malibu.” “Malibu” sets up for an album that is sure to fill ears all around the world during their tour and beyond. Not even a year ago, THE DRIVER ERA had released their second studio album Girlfriend, and set out on The Girlfriend Tour which was a sold out success. Ready to do it again, the band is already back on the road for Live On Tour ‘22 with special guests Summer Salt and almost monday.
