Powerhouse vocalist and musician, Maggie Rose, returned home to Nashville Friday night, to rock the stage of the famous Brooklyn Bowl. The second Rose stepped out on stage you could feel the dynamic shift. Elated audience members waited, holding their breath, for the singer to take her first breath. With her bright blonde hair and floor length gown it was hard to take your eyes off of her. Rose started out her set immediately establishing herself as a voice to not be overlooked. On full display was her newest album No One Gets Out Alive. Rose’s confident voice soared around the room securing her spot as a dynamic voice, not just in Music City, but in country music as a whole. Through her set she teased elements of country, pop, rock, soul, R&B, and funk that captured the full attention of everyone in the room the entire night.
While she dominated the stage with her presence, she was beautifully supported by an entire entourage of musicians. Guitar, bass, drums, keys, even a miniature string orchestra carried her dynamic voice and stunning lyrics through the night. Each element of the show coexisted with the next seamlessly creating a beautifully cohesive show. If you find Maggie Rose making a stop near you on her US tour, she is truly not one to miss out on.
